Most Americans tend to consider Muslims who commit mass murder by suicide (martyrdom) as irrational "religious fanatics." By discounting them as only a small band of lunatics around Osama bin Laden, Americans seriously underestimate the calculated ideology that creates such heartless killers and the extent of its penetration into much of mainstream Islam.

The word "ISLAM" is derived from the Arabic root salaama peace, purity, submission and obedience. In the religious sense, Islam means submission to the will of Allah and obedience to His law. It is "a code of political, ceremonial, civil, and criminal law, as well as moral and religious precepts, all communicated in the name of Allah."

"ALLAH" in the Arabic language means God, the creator of the universe.

A "MUSLIM" is one who submits to the will of Allah, much as a slave submits to his master.

Muslims believe that Allah is in control of all of history and in the doctrine of predestination, an acceptance of destiny, and resignation to fate (Kismet).

Thus, anything that happens is the will of Allah, and so is attributed to him. This explains why the phrase In sh'allah, "If Allah wills it," is so common in the Muslim world.

A Muslim believes in the Day of the Judgement when the world as we know it will come to an end. On that day, all men and women from Adam to the last person will be resurrected from death to stand their "final and fair trial." People with good records will be generously rewarded and warmly welcomed to Heaven. Those with bad records will be cast into flames of Hell.

Muslims pray five times a day, facing toward the "Holy City" of Mecca. To pray, the Muslim bows, kneels, and then into a prostate position with the forehead touching the ground.

Among every four humans in the world, one of them is Muslim. They have increased by over 235 percent in the last fifty years up to nearly 1.6 billion.

Muslims believe in a prophet named "MUHAMMAD," who was a warrior and direct descendant of Abraham through his first born son, Ishmael.

Muhammad was born in present-day Saudi Arabia 570 AD. Muslims believe that when Muhammad was in his forties Allah made him a prophet and receiver of divine revelations while meditating in a cave of Mount Hira, in Mecca, Arabia.

In 629, under the command of Muhammad, Muslims put the sword to the Jews of Khaybar as an example for all others who were refusing to accept Islam as their religion.

In 630, he entered "Mecca" triumphantly after the entire population quickly converted to Islam. Mecca was established as the religious center of Islam.

Muhammad died of poor health in Medina in 632, at the age of 62 and is buried in the courtyard of the mosque in Medina.

The "KORAN" is the Muslim Bible, "holy scripture revealed by Allah to the Holy Prophet Muhammad," through the Angel Gabriel.

According to Muslims, the Koran is "the last book of guidance from Allah" revealed to Muhammad over a period of 23 years in the Arabic language. It contains 114 Surahs (chapters) and over 6000 verses.

In Islam, the HADITH is a book of the sayings and deeds of the Muhammad, a narration about his life and what he approved or opposed.

The Koranic account of Jesus Christ emphatically rejects his divinity as the Son of God presenting him instead as one of the great prophets. It condemns as "IDOLATERS" Jews and Christians stating: "They have taken as lords beside Allah their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah son of Mary, when they were bidden to worship only One God . . ." [at-Taubah 9:31]

The following Koranic verse explains why Muslims are refusing to allow U.S. military personnel to be stationed in Saudi Arabia: "O ye who believe! The idolaters only are unclean. So let them not come near the Inviolable Place [Mecca, Medina] of Worship after this their year . . ." [at-Taubah 9:28]

From its inception 600 years after the death of Christ, Muslims have imposed Islam on masses of people with the "bloody sword" of "Jihad" (Holy War). They justify Jihad by claiming it is only declared in defense of Islam, but, the Koran makes exceptions for Christians and Jews: "Idolatry is more grievous than bloodshed... fight against them until idolatry is no more and God's religion reigns supreme" (Sura 2:91-93).

"Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you" [al-Tawbah 9:123]

"And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths. They imitate the saying of those who disbelieved of old. Allah (Himself) fighteth against them. How perverse are they!" [at-Taubah 9:30.13]

"O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk." [al-Ma'idah 5:51.11]

Evangelistic activity by Christians is considered aggression against Muslims and is punishable with death in some Islamic states.

In the Arab world, the terrorists who killed over 6,000 civilians in New York and Washington are widely regarded as heroes - Holy Warriors.

On the day of the killings, religious proclamations were issued in Arab countries endorsing the attack and thousands of Muslims danced in the streets of the West Bank and Gaza.

This blood letting, for the sake of Allah, is the pinnacle of Islam and a reemerging crusade to spread Islam by eradicating all other religions.

At an Islamic school in Gaza City run by Hamas (Islamic Resistance Movement), an 11-year-old Palestinian student pronounced loudly to his classmates, "I will make my body a bomb that will blast the flesh of Zionists, the sons of pigs and monkeys. I will tear their bodies into little pieces and cause them more pain than they will ever know.

"Allahu Akbar," his classmates shout in response: "God is great."

"May the virgins give you pleasure," his teacher yells, referring to one of the rewards awaiting Muslim martyrs in Paradise.

The teacher's reference to "virgins" is the Koran's promise that martyrs will be rewarded with 70 virgins in heaven. The Koran describes the women as "beautiful like rubies, with complexions like diamonds and pearls."
According the teachings of Islam, when a Muslim dies in Jihad, the "divinely commanded" act of eradicating "Jews, Christians and other idolaters," he does not to die at all. He simply conquers death by living forever in Paradise.

Muslims are taught that from the moment the first drop of a martyr's blood is spilled, he does not feel the pains of the injury and he is absolved of all his sin and he sees his place in Paradise. He is saved from the torture of the grave and from fear of the Day of Judgment. He is awarded his allotment of beautiful virgins to forever cater to his every need. He becomes an advocate for seventy of his relatives to reach paradise and he earns the Crown of Glory, whose precious stone is better than all this world and everything in it.

These Islamic terrorists are striving to widen their Holy War to include the entire Islamic world because they believe "spreading the teachings of Islam with the might of the sword" is the religious duty of every Muslim.

As the world is pushed closer to another Muslim "Holy War" crusade, so-called mainstream Muslims will be forced to face reality and confront the lethal consequences of their religious teachings against non-Muslims. What side will they take?
